When teens and young adults feel overwhelmed and at a loss with how to handle stressors and situations occurring in their life, that’s where I come in. My passion is to help people walk through difficult times with tools to cope, someone to support them, and clarity on how to handle situations with what works best for that person.

My approach is all about you! What works best for you as a unique individual.

I have my BA in Political Science. My MBA and my Masters of Science in Counseling: Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy. I have worked as a therapist for the past six years in the South Bay in private practice and with the non-profit Freedom 4 U. I work mainly with individuals 12-27, families, and run teen groups in and outside of schools.

In my free time, I LOVE to travel, go to the beach, eat amazing food, and workout. You may also find me roaming around town with my dog Bella.
